Writers & Artists Wanted!
Submit your article for review. Email it to magazine@southwoods.info after reading and agreeing with the Terms and Conditions. Include original photographs or drawings. Subject matter is up to you. However, Southwoods Magazine articles about local history, the environment, green living, recollections, human interest, agricultural preservation, creative writing, theatre, performing arts, general art, crafts, New England attractions, and food are all popular subjects. We prefer articles to be 1000 words or under.
Terms and Conditions
If accepted you will be paid a fixed fee per column inch of text as it appears in the magazine. You will also be paid per photograph or drawing. We publish articles based on timeliness, space, and quality of content. Articles must be emailed in editable plain text format. All artwork must be sent in High Resolution, preferibly 300 DPI in one of the following file formats: JPG, EPS, PDF, TIFF
Southwoods Magazine reserves the right to reprint your article at its discretion. However, you retain the ability to submit your article to other publications. By sending us your article you accept these terms and conditions.
