Southwick, Massachusetts
Southwick is a rural farming, business, and residential community. Its close proximity to the cities of Springfield, Massachusetts and Hartford, Connecticut via routes 10, 202 and 57 has generated significant demand for new housing. Additionally, the town enjoys its status as a major recreational center because of the Congamond Lakes, Moto Cross 338 and large open space areas. Accordingly, municipal services have grown to meet the various demands of the citizenry.
Westfield, Massachusetts
Westfield is a regional commercial and industrial center. Over the past 25 years, the city's economic and employment growth have outpaced the population growth which is indicative of excellent employment opportunities. Manufacturing, education, health & social services and retail trade are the largest source of employment. Westfield has an outstanding array of natural resources including abundant rivers and streams, fertile farm lands and scenic rolling hills. These offer residents and visitors a wide variety of recreational activities. Stanley Park is one of New England's most outstanding attractions. nother park is the 35 acre Hampton Ponds State Park. Westfield has a Boys & Girls' Club, a Y.M.C.A. and for the summer it has the Kamp For Kids . Three golf courses are open to the public as are the Municipal Tennis Courts and the Veterans Memorial Pool. There are also a number of small parks and playgrounds within the city.
Agawam, Massachusetts
Agawam is a beautiful community with a rural atmosphere and blends suburban living with affordable homes, a low tax rate, highly respected schools and safe community neighborhoods. Agawam is a wonderful place to live, work and an alluring place to visit. Agawam's recreational opportunities are abundant with its state park, numerous golf courses, 1.7 mile bike path, and its vast open space.
Tolland, Massachusetts
Tolland forms the southwest extremity of Hampden County, and is bounded on the north by Otis and Blandford, on the east by Granville, by Sandisfield on the west, and by Colebrook and Hartland, in Connecticut, on the south. Its assessed area is 18,186 acres; and there are 5,614 acres of beech, birch and maple. The whole town is on elevated land, and has few hills of much altitude. In the north is Messenger Pond; in the south, Cranberry; and north of Tolland Centre (the village and post-office) is the larger Noyes Pond, the source of Hubbard's River, which with its affluents drains the eastern section of the town.
Granville, Massachusetts
The Town Of Granville is a small rural community located in Massachusetts' Hampden County. Crystal clear mountain streams surrounded by wild blueberries, fresh, tart, crisp Macintosh apples and Granville cheese are the things that make Granville famous. Zoned throughout for agricultural and residential uses, Granville is still a thriving center for potters, visual artists, writers, quilters, antique dealers and other home-based enterprises. Granville is only twenty five miles from Hartford and Springfield.

Chester, Massachusetts

Suffield, Connecticut

Granby, Connecticut
The Town of Granby was incorporated in 1786 from Simsbury and covers 40.7 square miles on Connecticut's north central border with Massachusetts. Primarily a rural residential community, Granby is home for many white collar and professional workers in Greater Hartford's financial and insurance corporate headquarters and industries. Located 13.6 miles north of Hartford, the town is bordered on the east by the towns of Suffield and East Granby, on the south by Simsbury and Canton, and to the west by the towns of Barkhamsted and Hartland.
